David Engel

David Engel serves as Chairman of the Board for The Children’s Center Utah (TCCU). In this role, he helps advance TCCU’s mission to deliver evidence-based, upstream mental health services for infants, toddlers, and young children, while supporting the parents and caregivers who love them.
David is also the President & CEO of CCI Mechanical, Utah’s premier mechanical contractor. Throughout his career he has focused on building strong teams, investing in people, and partnering with public and private stakeholders to strengthen the communities where we live and work. His board leadership emphasizes access, quality, and measurable outcomes so more Utah families can receive timely care when it matters most.
