Presenter - Jamie Sellers

As a Family Therapist and Clinical Director of Outpatient Services at The Children's Center Utah, Jamie has spent the last eight years supporting staff, as well as clients and their families, in finding interventions that support improved mental health and better social and emotional outcomes for young children. Jamie spends each day helping little children manage big feelings! Helping children and their families talk about feelings, manage frustration, and use coping skills to improve relationships and complete daily routines is critical. Prior to her work at The Children’s Center Utah, Jamie has worked as a crisis worker in the hospital system, as well as in housing and homeless services. Jamie was also a Therapeutic Preschool Specialist at The Children’s Center Utah many years ago and is so happy to be back in the organization and working to support infant and early childhood mental health.
