AM Breakout Session - Meaningful Connections: Cooperation, Problem Solving and Resilience Scaffolding in Birth to Five

 

Samantha has worked at The Children’s Center Utah for 16 years, she started as a Therapeutic Preschool Specialist (TPS). She then joined the Early Childhood Consultation and Training Program as the Program Assistant, going on to fill various roles including, Infant/Toddler Consultation and Training Coordinator, an Infant/Toddler Specialist and Lead School Readiness Mentor Coach. Currently she has taken on the role of Early Childhood Coaching and Consultation Program Director. She has two Bachelor degrees, one in Psychology and one in Human Development and Families Studies from The University of Utah (Go Utes!). As well as a Masters degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Leadership in Education and Human Services from Pacific Oaks College. She has a passion for play based learning and increasing the quality of preschool for all children. She is a proud mom of two boys; Solomone, 13 and Elias, 10.
